8 sausages
4 carrots, peeled and cut into large chunks
3 potatoes, peeled and cut into large chunks
1 large onion, cut into large chunks
125ml Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing
1/2 cup frozen peas
A generous sprinkling of salt & freshly ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 190°C. In a large casserole dish, add the carrots, potatoes, onion and sausages. Add a generous seasoning of salt and pepper and pour over the Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing. Mix together to fully coat. Tightly cover the dish with foil and cook in the oven for 1 hour. After an hour, take the foil off, add the peas and cook for a further 10-15 minutes until the sausages are nicely browned.
