Rosemary Potatoes

Fragrant and crispy. Sliced potatoes roasted in Mellow Yellow, garlic, and aromatic rosemary. Rosemary potatoes, just the finishing touches needed to add extra enjoyment.


1.5kg red potatoes, washed and fairly thinly sliced
3 tablespoons Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil
Sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic crushed
2 sprigs rosemary, stalks removed and chopped


Preheat the oven to 190°C. Place potatoes in a roasting tin, sprinkle over the rosemary, crushed garlic and season. Drizzle over the Mellow Yellow and then turn the potatoes over with your hands so that they are coated in the oil and herbs.
Oven bake for 45 mins to 1 hour until nicely brown.
