Serves 2
2 salmon fillets, approx. 175g each
4 tbsp Farrington’s Mellow Yellow Chilli & Cumin Dressing
Small bunch of fresh coriander, chopped
You will also need a large frying pan with a lid.
Pour 3 tablespoons of Farrington’s Mellow Yellow Chilli & Cumin Dressing into your frying pan. Place your salmon fillets into the pan and drizzle the final tablespoon of dressing over the top of the salmon. Finely chop your coriander and scatter this is on top the salmon. Put the lid on the frying pan and cook on a low-medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
