ViPnuts Giveaway Terms and Conditions

• This promotion is open to all residents in the UK, excluding employees of Farrington Oils and ViPnuts.
• Entry to the competition is possible via the following social media channels: Instagram: ‘Like’ MellowYellowKitchen’s Instagram post and comment on the competition post with #MellowYellowViPnuts. You must be following @MellowYellowKitchen and @NewYorkDelhi.
• Entrants may not enter multiple times. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entrants can enter once.
• Winner will be selected at random from the list of entrants.
• The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed, damaged or not included in the judging panel for any technical reasons. No bulk or third party entries accepted.
• Prize for the competition is 1 of each of the following: Farrington’s Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil 250ml, Farrington’s Mellow Yellow Honey & Mustard Dressing, Farrington’s Mellow Yellow Classic Vinaigrette, ViPnuts 36 Shot Packs Selection Box.
• The promotion is open between 10am 01/12/20 until 10am 07/12/20.
• The winner will be selected at random and will be notified via private message on Instagram.
• The Prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.
• The winner will be notified within 3 working days of the closing date via Private Message on Instagram. In the event of the claim for a prize not being received by the promoter within 3 working days of such notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Prizes sent via post will be sent via courier. Delivery dates may vary. The winner must provide a delivery address and contact phone number or email address, this will only be shared with the courier and will only be used for delivery purposes.
• By entering the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and the winners consent to participate in any reasonable publicity required for and on behalf of the promoter.
• All copyright is automatically transferred to the Promoter upon entry to this competition.
