Potato Wedges


So simple but so successful, a great side and loved by people of all ages, nothing beats potato wedges.

Ingredients

Rooster potatoes
Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil
Salt

Method

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and dry. Halve and cut into wedge shapes. Place in a roasting tin and drizzle with Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil and season with a little salt. Toss the potatoes around in the tin with your hands to lightly coat all surfaces of the potato with the oil. Roast for around 40 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown.
