Garlic mushrooms are so flavoursome and so simple, perfectly seasoned and with the addition of fresh parsley this is a real favourite.
1 tablespoon Mellow Yellow Rapeseed Oil
1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
150g mushrooms, sliced
Freshly ground black pepper
A handful of fresh parsley, chopped
Place a sauce pan on a medium heat. When hot drizzle in 1 tablespoon Mellow Yellow Rapeseed oil. Add the crushed garlic to the hot oil and fry for a few seconds before adding the sliced mushrooms. Stir in the mushroom and then season with salt and pepper. Continue to stir occasionally until softened and browning. Add the chopped parsley, stir and serve.
